I am Ria, a self-taught artist from New York City. Experienced in my craft, my teacher is Life. My style is unique, raw, and unpredictable. I've painted hundreds of pieces. Art fills me up! The creativity & imagination I put into my work come from painful places...I never see myself as an artist. Rather, I'm a poet on paper with a paintbrush! Drawing and painting is a way to scream without shouting...to cry without pouting!
